Why is Nutrition Important?

Healthy and balanced nutrition is essential to maintain a healthy body weight. It also ensures our immune system is working to its full potential. A healthy diet is instrumental in helping to prevent many illnesses and diseases such as high blood pressure, type II diabetes, obesity and many types of cancers, just to mention a few.

The more comprehensive the information you can provide the better we can plan together. This is a great way to identify any improvements which can be made.
