Coming up really soon we will be bringing you a variety of podcasts all related to healthy lifestyle and fitness.

Our podcasts will be about 15 minutes long. The podcast will be hosted by myself with a fellow Personal Trainer to give you different perspectives.

Each week we will have a special guest from a wide variety of backgrounds. Ranging from ultra runners and running coaches, cycling coaches to dietitians and a whole load more.

What is a Podcast?

A podcast can be likened to a pre-recorded radio chat show. It can be as long or as short as you want it to be. We decided to make ours relatively short to keep it simple and snappy. In time we may extend it to slightly longer ones. But for now, enjoy our company for 15 minutes every week! Make sure you subscribe to our podcasts to be updated instantly whenever we publish a new one. Also, cheeky request here, please feel free to recommend us to friends and family, so we can make our podcast grow in popularity!

The aim of the podcasts is to provide you with easy to digest tips on a wide range of topics all linked to sports and healthy living.
